Today was the first day of riding on the tour, just a short shakedown ride to make sure everyone’s equipment is working. There are 14 of us on the tour today including the two ride leaders. Another person will join us tomorrow.
After loading the trailer we all went for our ride.
All the bikes went into racks on top of the van (sorry, forgot to take a picture). Then all 14 of us squeezed into the van and drove to Eureka, Montana. Steve, one of the ride leaders has a house in Eureka that we are staying in tonight. Tomorrow the van will shuttle us to the town of Roosville at the Canadian border. This is where the riding route really starts from.
