Today kind of started early with a 3 a.m. wake up to go outside the tent to lay under the stars and watch the Perseid meteor showers!! Four of us lay on a tarp with cozy in our sleeping bags in the chilly air. There were so many stars and the Milky Way and I saw 10 meteors. Also got to see the sliver of moon come up over the mountains. Then I went back to my tent and slept another hour or so.
A relatively easy ride today, mostly downhill or flat.
Tonight we are staying in Pinedale in a motel, ahhh a warm bed!!
