Pinedale to Lander Cut Off campsite
Today our ride took us into the Great Basin, an area of approximately 100 miles east to west and 50 miles north to south. Within this area rain and snow melt travel neither east to the Atlantic or west to the Pacific. It all stays in the basin evaporating quickly or forming temporary lakes.
Another unmarked Divide crossing or maybe many, we are kind of riding right on the line for a lot of the Basin.
