Rest day in Salida
This rest day was so needed. Things are ramping up in terms of daily mileage and climbing. And my body is so tired.
We are staying at the Salida Hostel for two nights, luxury.
Our group has the whole house and even better, the four of us women each have our own room with bathroom!!
We started off our morning going out for breakfast.
I really like Salida. Maybe that’s because school has started and all the tourists have left.
We all checked out the two main bike shops in town, Subculture and Absolute Bikes
We cleaned bikes this afternoon and we are inside for the afternoon thunderstorms. Out to dinner tonight and it’s back on the trail tomorrow.
