Total miles – 2382.95 Total ascent – 159,388 ft
We started out on wet and sometimes slippery dirt roads. Ten miles of that and then onto the two lane highway for about 39 miles. The landscape reminded me of rural Oregon. Rolling, wooded hills and farms. Thankfully the road wasn’t very busy.
It never did rain and the sun came out in camp to dry things out.
