Total miles- 1486.70 Total ascent- 98,000 ft

A fox came through our campsite this morning. Second time this week seeing a fox. I didn’t get a picture either time because I wasn’t fast enough. Darn.

Next came a stream crossing. Alison, D’Arcy, and I walked across
Jen rode it, not very deep
A long climb got us here, we are heading to that valley below
After the valley another long climb, that’s the Colorado River and a railroad down there
Sign at the rest area halfway up the climb
An ice cream stop after all that climbing and before camp
